The big staff party of the year
We can’t wait to see you at the big party of the year.

Below you can see this year’s program, and then we ask you to sign up or unsubscribe = you must let us know if you are coming or not, no later than August 28, 2022.
Buses are arranged from Aarhus, Horsens and Kolding – back and forth on the same day. If you want to stay and party on after 22:00, accommodation and transportation home are at your own expense.
Each department/team must organize and bring:
- battle cry and headgear for the chief to wear during battles
Best battle cry – Costume (according to team color) – team spirit and of course the winners will be rewarded at the award show in the evening.

The party continues in Copenhagen for those who want it. The "official" party ends
Practical info
- Bring indoor sports shoes and sportswear
- All participants receive a unisex t-shirt in the team color on the day
- Bring a towel for bathing and a change of clothes
- Bus can be arranged from West <-> East
- Lunch is served from 13-15 (between games)
- Team size: A team consists of six players including the chief. If there are more than six players, you must take turns choosing the overseers for each match. If you have fewer than six, you have "life in the bank"
